1. Payment & Booking
​Clients must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, as well as any special requests, at the time
of booking. Prices are based on distance, time, and vehicle type. A full quote will be provided at the
time of booking. A deposit will be required at this time. The balance must be paid at the time of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

Additional charges may apply for:
* Waiting time beyond the included grace period (typically 15 minutes)
* Extra stops or route changes
* Toll charges, parking fees

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund of the
deposit less $50.00. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Conduct and Safety
* Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
* Smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in vehicles.
* The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a disorderly, abusive,
or unsafe manner.
4. Liability
Luxury Rides is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal items. However, we will make reasonable efforts to recover and return items.
5. Force Majeure
Luxury Rides is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, etc.
6. Vehicle Damage
The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their party during the service. A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle requires extensive cleaning due to spills, vomiting, or other incidents.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Client data is collected only for the purpose of service delivery and will not be shared with third parties
without consent, except as required by law. Disclaimer: Luxury Rides reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
